Our organization develops and manages web applications related to real estate, encompassing a range of platforms. The foundation of our product security is our product platform security environment, which integrates both commercial and custom-developed security measures across various environments, including IDE, CI/CD systems, cloud, and Kubernetes platforms.

Key Responsibilities
As a member of our product platform security suite, you will engage in the following:
1. Deliver real-time vulnerability feedback within the IDE for insecure build patterns and artifacts.
2. Implement gate controls for environment builds to ensure adherence to vulnerability remediation SLAs.
3. Conduct dynamic run-time scans of pre-production environments to prevent vulnerabilities from entering production.
4. Manage ongoing attack surface assessments, penetration testing, and exploit validation.
5. Oversee cloud security posture management and workload protection.
6. Ensure robust cloud IAM security and Kubernetes run-time security controls.
7. Engage in cloud platform threat hunting and API security management.
8. Implement WAF and bot controls.
9. Integrate runtime vulnerability feedback into product development teams' bug tracking systems.
10. Conduct federated cloud security hardening, detection, and enforcement.
11. Manage data security posture and hunt for sensitive data leakage in logs, code, and documentation.

Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- A proven track record of commitment to previous employers.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in applying security at scale within CI/CD systems, Kubernetes platforms, cloud environments, or CDNs.
- Proficiency in scripting or Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using languages such as Python, PowerShell, Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar.
- Experience in a software development environment with established CI/CD practices.
- A passion for tackling complex challenges and driving innovation.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication skills with both technical and leadership audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of various assessment tools.
- Familiarity with infrastructure operations across databases, networks, and system administration.
- Ability to convey risk effectively to different levels of leadership and drive urgency for remediation.
- Capability to mentor and guide team members in prioritizing security initiatives.
- A proactive approach to advancing the application security program and executing ideas to completion.
- Hands-on experience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in testing serverless cloud deployments.
