About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at TRC Total Renal Care Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our clinical operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including preparing and maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
