Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to join our team at beBright, a dual specialty dental organization. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of transactions, including due diligence, coordination with outside advisors, and client matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Execution: Manage day-to-day operations of executing all aspects of a transaction, including preparation of information materials and coordination with outside advisors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across departments to execute transactions in a timely manner.
  • Growth Strategy: Lead the ongoing evolution of our growth strategy in partnership with the Head of Strategy and Acquisitions, identifying new markets and partnerships.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships with business and functional leaders, providing data-driven analysis to support decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of related work experience, preferably in corporate development or transaction advisory.
  • Skills: Prior transaction execution experience, high emotional quotient (EQ), strong organizational skills, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Personal Qualities: Maturity and confidence to interface with senior leaders, driven to get tasks done promptly, and strong attention to detail.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
