Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Reporting Strategy Lead to join our team at Huntington Bank. This role will involve leading the development and execution of our reporting and business intelligence strategy, encompassing the management of the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (CoE) and the oversight of data reporting initiatives.

About the Role

This position requires a strategic leader who can drive the vision for the Business Intelligence CoE, ensuring best practices in data analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the vision for the Business Intelligence CoE, ensuring best practices in data analytics and reporting.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Oversee the creation and maintenance of data reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes, including gathering requirements, ensuring data integrations, building design frameworks, developing dashboards, and ongoing communications.
  • Center of Excellence Management: Manage the Business Intelligence CoE, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making, providing expertise and guidance on data governance, analytics tools, and methodologies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and business intelligence professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on data initiatives, gather feedback to refine data reporting and analytics processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data initiatives, continuously assess and improve reporting processes and tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 10+ Years of Experience: At least 10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ Years of Management Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on management experience with a proven track record of leading and growing successful data teams is required.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year.
