Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to take on a pivotal role in managing and executing cost estimation tasks for our esteemed clients in the federal sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cost estimation and engineering, along with a solid business background in the federal domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management and execution of cost estimation projects.
  • Provide expert analysis in material take-offs and cost evaluations.
  • Oversee project management and leadership, ensuring effective team coordination.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships to facilitate project success.
  • Develop and refine technical documentation, including cost estimates and reports.
  • Deliver comprehensive status updates and operational briefs to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project requirements with various departments to ensure alignment.
  • Perform administrative duties, including budget approvals and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in cost engineering or estimation.
  • At least 15 years of experience in the architecture and engineering or construction industries.
  • Familiarity with cost estimating software and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience working with U.S. Government clients.

Preferred Experience:

  • Established connections within the federal A/E/C community.
  • Experience with civil works and environmental projects.
  • Capability to perform detailed cost estimates across multiple engineering disciplines.

Additional Information:

This position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance and may involve background checks and drug testing as per federal regulations.
