This role is crucial as the company continues its growth trajectory, and the selected individual will play a key role in enhancing the financial operations across three manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to support operational decision-making.
2. Develop financial models and forecasts specifically designed for manufacturing processes.
3. Evaluate the financial performance of operations by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
5. Work closely with operations teams to understand cost drivers and implement effective cost management strategies.
6. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for manufacturing activities.
7. Track budget variances and provide insights and recommendations for management.
8. Offer financial insights that support ongoing improvement initiatives.
9. Prepare regular financial reports for senior leadership.
10. Collaborate with procurement, production, and engineering teams to establish and maintain standard costs for all products.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with accruals and journal entries.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of FP&A and accounting principles.
- Proven track record as a Financial Analyst in a manufacturing context.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project Planning, and Office Suite.
