Position Overview:
The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist operates in a dynamic, high-volume environment, managing both incoming and outgoing calls (no cold calling) for clients seeking commercial insurance quotes tailored for their small enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound communications regarding commercial insurance inquiries from small business owners.
  • Adhere to communication protocols while utilizing product knowledge to adapt responses as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships by exceeding customer service expectations, ensuring all inquiries, cancellations, and confirmations are addressed effectively.
  • Meet daily performance metrics related to service quality, productivity, and overall standards.

Technical Requirements:
  • Must possess a Windows, Apple desktop/laptop, or Chromebook.
  • Reliable access to high-speed internet.
  • A dedicated workspace free from distractions.

System Specifications:
  • Processor: Intel i5 8th Generation, Intel Celeron N4500, or AMD Ryzen 5 series or newer.
  • Operating System: macOS 11 or newer (Big Sur 11, Monterey 12, Ventura 13, & Sonoma 14).
  • RAM: Minimum of 8 GB with less than 80% CPU usage.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in customer support within a call center setting.
  • At least two years of remote work experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Exceptional skills in customer service, active listening, and both verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in computer usage, particularly with CRM software, and possess strong typing abilities.
  • Strong time management and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt and take accountability for actions.
