About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, using problem-solving skills and product knowledge to find solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer populations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working in a fast-paced call center environment. You will be required to work a standard schedule, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to work overtime as needed.
