Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including cash handling and transaction processing, in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing.
  • Meet or exceed monthly new account production targets as assigned by management.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions in accordance with bank procedures.
  • Verify customer identities and ensure accurate completion of transactions.
  • Sell and promote bank services and products to customers, including cashiers checks, money orders, and other financial products.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors to support the bank's functions.
Environmental and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time, dependent on branch location.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, stressful, and noisy environment.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office machinery.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Requirements
  • At least six months of accountable cash handling/transaction management experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Successful completion of the First National Bank Texas Step Program for internal employees.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and get along with coworkers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma, high school equivalency, or currently attending high school.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a background investigation according to company policy.
