ChristianaCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool Nurse Residency Program. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your nursing skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in a 12-month nurse residency program that integrates educational components with preceptor-led clinical experiences on various units.
- Develop strong nursing skills and knowledge in multiple fast-paced and challenging environments.
- Collaborate with experienced nurses and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Graduating from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- Less than 12 months of nursing experience by the start of the program.
- Eligible for Delaware license as a Graduate Nurse/Registered Nurse.
- BLS required.
