Nurse Residency Program: Float Pool Track Career Opportunity

The ChristianaCare Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month program designed to support new nurses in their transition to practice. This program is accredited with distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation in Practice Transition Programs. The program integrates educational components with up to 18 weeks of preceptor-led clinical experiences on the medical, surgical, and step-down units at the Christiana and Wilmington Hospitals.

Requirements
- Graduating from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
- BLS required
- Less than 12 months of nursing experience by the start of the program
- Eligible for Delaware license as a Graduate Nurse/Registered Nurse
