We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Broward County, Florida sales operation. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and success in the bathroom remodeling industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and build our sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth
- Collaborate with our authorized manufacturer to ensure seamless sales operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to drive innovation and improvement
- 3 years of sales experience in the remodeling industry
- Bath or kitchen remodeling sales experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and database management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
