Hamilton Company is on the lookout for Electromechanical Assembly Technicians to construct semi-automated machinery utilized in precision fluid measurement and operator testing. We seek individuals who are trained in or possess experience with electronic/electrical machinery or fine mechanism assembly and service.

As an Electromechanical Assembly Technician, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment, working with industry-leading equipment featuring cutting-edge technology.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Assembling a range of laboratory fluid handling devices and robotic systems.
- Utilizing standard testing equipment, such as voltmeters and specific product testers.
- Engaging in a production setting to assemble mechanical laboratory instruments.
- Demonstrating exceptional hand-eye coordination, meticulous attention to detail, high efficiency, and the ability to adhere to process instructions.
- Employing hand tools, tweezers, and other lightweight machinery.
- Assembling equipment in accordance with blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Performing other assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Capability to work precisely in a fast-paced environment to achieve quality and quantity targets.
- Experience interpreting diagrams or blueprints and following written or verbal directives.
- Mechanically inclined with proficient dexterity, capable of using both hand and power tools.
- Ability to conduct quality checks on finished products and direct unsatisfactory items for rework.
- Proven adherence to safe production practices.
- Consistent work history.
- Basic mathematical skills may be necessary for calculating quantities and performing simple addition and subtraction for counting components.

Requires excellent manual dexterity, the ability to work with small parts and hand tools, and a sharp eye for detail and quality.

Must be able to read and execute detailed manufacturing instructions.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in the assembly and testing of small electromechanical components.
- Technical Certificate and/or completion of LEAP or CTE Program is preferred.
