Key Responsibilities- Assemble complex laboratory fluid handling equipment and robots with high precision and accuracy.
- Utilize common test equipment, including voltmeters and specific product testers, to ensure quality and functionality.
- Work in a fast-paced production environment assembling mechanical laboratory devices, requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Operate hand tools, tweezers, and other light machinery to assemble equipment according to blueprint and schematics.
- Perform quality checks on finished products and send unsatisfactory items to rework.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment to meet quality and quantity quotas.
- Experience using diagrams or blueprints, and following other written or verbal instructions.
- Mechanical aptitude with good dexterity, able to use both hand and power tools.

- Proven experience with safe production standards.
- Stable work history.
- Basic math skills for computing quantities and simple addition and subtraction for counting parts.
- Excellent manual dexterity, ability to work with small components and hand tools, and a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Ability to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience in assembly and testing of small electromechanical assemblies.
- Technical Certificate and/or LEAP or CTE Program Completion Preferred.
