Your role will involve ensuring the accurate assembly of circuit boards sourced from contract manufacturers, adhering to secondary assembly protocols in line with J-STD quality standards, and facilitating the timely delivery of units.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams, offering insights to enhance assembly efficiency, resolve obstacles, and foster a positive work atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble RF Electronic Circuits in accordance with established quality and assembly standards.
2. Follow detailed Work Instructions to complete all assembly phases.
3. Engage and communicate effectively within Assembly Teams to boost productivity in product builds.
4. Uphold cleanliness in the workspace and contribute to 5S initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Capability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Demonstrated team-oriented mindset.
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card is mandatory for ITAR compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or experience in J-STD soldering.
- Familiarity with 5S and Lean manufacturing practices.
