Electromechanical Assembly Specialist

Position Overview:
We are currently in search of skilled Assembly Technicians to become part of our Robotics division. The ideal candidates will possess the capability to work with precision, adhering to schematics and instructions meticulously. This role demands exceptional manual dexterity and proficiency in handling small components and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, calibrate, and evaluate a range of electronic and electromechanical assemblies, from simple to complex.
- Maintain a vigilant awareness of safety standards concerning working conditions, equipment, and practices, taking corrective measures as necessary.
- Process work orders in alignment with manufacturing protocols, including detailed work instructions and technical drawings.
- Adhere to procedures related to material management, product serialization, and inventory transfers.
- Strive to enhance performance metrics: Quantity, Quality, Job Knowledge, Teamwork, and Attendance.
- Support the training and guidance of fellow assemblers in effective assembly techniques and procedures.
- Execute additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in utilizing standard testing equipment, such as voltmeters and oscilloscopes.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to interpret and comprehend engineering design documents, manufacturing guidelines, and inspection standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- An Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronics is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical setting, troubleshooting complex electromechanical assemblies is essential.
