We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR leader to oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a high-quality, diverse candidate pool.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the retail industry.
  • Proven experience in managing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, career planning, and organizational integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR technology systems and the ability to leverage technology to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
