Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Stago. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating HR and external training, maintaining files, and providing administrative support to the recruiting function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HR and external training administrative processes, including distribution and tracking of required notices and documentation to employees.
  • Manage the milestone awards program and ensure timely recognition of employee achievements.
  • Enter data and provide reporting from Training Software to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientation and HR-related training, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Prepare new employee files, maintain personnel and training files, and provide daily lunch coverage as needed.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting function, including vendor registration and contract management.
  • Update Ultipro and other respective databases to maintain accurate information.
  • Assist with processing and tracking invoices for payment and budget tracking in areas of responsibility.
  • Complete associated monthly indicator reporting and work on special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year office experience preferably in Human Resources, with prior experience with HRIS systems and intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, execute assigned duties independently, and possess a good work ethic, strong organizational skills, and effective teamwork abilities.
  • Travel may be required up to 10%.
