Position Summary

The Private Equity Solutions Analyst plays a vital role within our organization, tasked with executing effective implementations and offering continuous technical assistance to our valued clients. This role demands strong analytical skills and cross-departmental collaboration; you will work closely with Product and Commercial teams to enhance the customer experience for leading firms in private equity, venture capital, and alternative investments. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement client specifications, datasets, and workflows into Atominvest's systems.
  • Analyze and document client needs and project goals.
  • Reduce time to value by facilitating a seamless onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing client management.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to inform product development and strategy.
  • Assist clients with escalations and troubleshooting, keeping them informed of progress towards resolution.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) from a prestigious university.
  • Demonstrated interest in private markets.
  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or fund administration.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress regularly, and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player eager to learn and share insights.

Selection Process

  • Stage 1: Initial meeting with a member of our Customer Success Team to discuss your motivations, background, and delve deeper into your CV, along with an overview of our company and future direction.
  • Stage 2: Complete a brief case study and discuss it with members of the Customer Success Team.
  • Stage 3: Final round discussion with our Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Stage 4: Begin your journey with Atominvest.
