Key Responsibilities

  • Translate client specifications, datasets, and workflows into Atominvest's system
  • Analyze and document client needs and project goals
  • Accelerate time to value by ensuring a seamless onboarding process and smooth transition into ongoing customer management
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence product development and strategic direction
  • Assist clients with escalations and troubleshooting, providing timely updates on resolution progress
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge repository

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from a prestigious university
  • Demonstrated interest in private markets
  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or fund administration
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • High proficiency in MS Excel
  • Comfortable handling large datasets
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress regularly, and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to share insights

Hiring Process
