Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of enterprise clients, collaborating closely with them and key stakeholders to fulfill their strategic goals.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' technology, operational frameworks, fund structures, and business aspirations.
  • Facilitate strategic communication with clients while managing operational deliverables effectively.
  • Review risk management logs and coordinate incident resolution as necessary.
  • Conduct training sessions, lead technical discussions regarding APIs and integrations, and facilitate business reviews with clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients regarding the delivery and implementation of their Atominvest solutions.
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle from implementation to renewal, ensuring timely value delivery and meeting customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • A university degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience in fund administration and/or private markets.
  • A demonstrated interest in pursuing a career within the investment sector.
  • Proficiency in project management and experience working with enterprise corporate accounts.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • An analytical mindset with a knack for devising solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and a passion for data analysis.
