Position Summary

As a pivotal member of Atominvest, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our innovative software solutions to both new and existing enterprise clients. Your role will involve implementation management and serving as the primary liaison for some of the foremost alternative investors globally. You will champion client advocacy and identify growth opportunities within our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of enterprise clients, collaborating closely with them and other stakeholders to achieve their strategic goals.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of clients' technological frameworks, operational setups, fund structures, and business aspirations.
  • Facilitate strategic communications with clients and manage operational deliverables effectively.
  • Review risk management logs and coordinate incident resolution as necessary.
  • Conduct training sessions, lead technical discussions regarding APIs and integrations, and facilitate business reviews with clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients during the delivery and implementation of their Atominvest solutions.
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle efficiently, from implementation to renewal, ensuring that customer needs are met and minimizing time to value.

Qualifications

  • A relevant university degree, preferably with a focus on Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience in fund administration and/or private markets.
  • A demonstrated interest in pursuing a career within the investment sector.
  • Proven project management experience, particularly with enterprise corporate accounts.
  • Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adept analytical thinker with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, with a passion for data analysis.
  • Commitment to delivering top-tier customer support, with a track record of high-quality responsiveness.
