The selected candidate will oversee the management of various small to medium-sized retirement accounts, including 401(k), Defined Benefit, and IRA accounts. This role involves collaboration with Plan Administrators, Actuaries, Plan Consultants, and Legal Advisors, alongside some responsibilities in Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate account initiation and closure; manage contributions and withdrawals; oversee asset transactions; produce trust accounting statements; handle IRS reporting; process fee payments; and administer participant loans. Comply with minimum distribution requirements and relevant policies. Ensure the precision of all IRS reporting documents for tax purposes. Manage the client review process when designated as the relationship manager, ensuring a positive client experience. Act as a liaison for plan sponsors, actuaries, attorneys, clients, and vendors. Identify and connect potential business clients with our small business retirement services. Assist plan retirees and vested participants with their benefit options.

Qualifications:

An Associate's Degree is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a financial institution is required. Certification as a Charter Retirement Specialist (CRPS) or equivalent is desirable. IRA Specialist certification (CISP) is preferred. Experience in Customer Service is advantageous.

Compensation: $25-36 hourly

The final compensation package will be determined based on the applicant's work experience, education, and skill level, along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
