Overview:
As a Beverage Operations Supervisor at Hyatt Hotels, you will play a pivotal role in managing the beverage department, ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service and high-quality offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Beverage Menu Development: Collaborate with management to create and refresh beverage menus, featuring a wide array of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic selections that cater to diverse tastes.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels by regularly checking stock and conducting thorough inventory assessments for events. Aim to minimize waste while ensuring product freshness and maintaining the beverage storage area.
  • Team Training and Leadership: Educate beverage staff on preparation methods, service excellence, and customer interaction. Provide supervision during service hours to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all beverages served meet our high standards by monitoring quality and promptly addressing any issues that arise.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with guests to offer beverage recommendations, gather feedback, and resolve any beverage-related concerns. Assist in managing the flow of patrons at the bar and monitor guest consumption for safety.
  • Bar Management: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Manage the setup and breakdown of bar operations, adhering to opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

Physical Requirements:
