You will also be instrumental in meeting our customer expectations to guarantee that orders are delivered punctually and accurately.


Our operational workflow consists of three primary phases: Initial phase - where products are stored and prepared for orders; Intermediate phase - where orders are transported to your area; and Final phase - when products reach the customer's doorstep.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor, support, and inspire your hourly associates
  • Oversee safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery commitments
  • Collaborate with various support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to create strategies that align with business goals
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently engage in pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
  • Stand or walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
  • Work in an environment where noise levels may vary and can be loud
  • Operate in conditions that may include variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations may include outdoor loading areas)
  • Continuously navigate stairs (applies to sites with stair access)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of employee and performance management experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean methodologies

  • Experience managing a team of 20+ employees. Familiarity with process improvements (Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma) * Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills * A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field. * Relevant industry experience in: retail, food and beverage, military, manufacturing, automotive, biotech, electronics, energy, instrumentation, machinery, defense/aerospace, medical, cosmetics, production, or distribution environments.
