Unlock Your Potential as an Outside Account Executive

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Account Executive to join our team in Parkersburg, WV. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Immerse yourself in learning iHeartMedia's Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products and stay up-to-date with the latest innovations.
  • Meet with clients in person to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a pipeline of sales prospects in Salesforce.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and marketing campaigns that align with the iHeartMedia brand.
  • Maintain productive client communication to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Monitor competition and identify new opportunities to prospect new account leads.
  • Negotiate rates and ensure timely payments.
  • Follow all station procedures for preparing orders, resolving billing issues, and submitting regular reports.
Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong client service relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to plan and organize, set priorities, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures.
  • Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and state-mandated auto insurance.
  • Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms skills.
