Job Title: District Sales Manager

As a District Sales Manager at US Foods, you will be responsible for leading a team of Territory Managers in the selling of our products and services. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives within your assigned district.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales, penetration, and churn reduction objectives
  • Develop and maintain long and short-range sales plans, and coach and develop Territory Managers to create effective action plans
  • Direct Territory Managers towards high-quality leads and assist in warming leads and closing
  • Submit and administer annual street sales operating plans and operating budgets
  • Assist in coordinating product cuttings and demonstrations, and develop sales and marketing strategies for customers
  • Communicate sales data to contribute to product/service planning, and assist in planning district sales meetings and events
  • Understand and utilize Sales Foundations tools and processes to grow sales and maintain customer service standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of foodservice sales experience, with 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license
