Job Description

At Call Your Mother Deli, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple restaurant locations, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple restaurant locations, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies, driving revenue and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing restaurant teams, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and implement operational strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits, providing coaching and feedback to restaurant teams to drive improvement and excellence.
  • Manage restaurant budgets, controlling costs and ensuring financial performance meets company expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant teams, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire restaurant teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
