Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic product sell-through, delivering key business results, and developing store associates within a given geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • People & Training Development
    • Develop and implement a hiring strategy to attract and retain top talent in the district.
    • Provide training and coaching to Store Managers to enhance their skills in recruiting and training.
    • Engage team members through regular communication, feedback, and recognition.
    • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by training and coaching store associates on selling techniques and product knowledge.
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer participation in special offers and promotions.
  • Operations
    • Manage district operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
    • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree in business or a related field and one year of relevant experience, or two-year degree in a related field and at least two years of relevant experience, or three years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to produce sales results and minimize loss.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a computer and maneuver relative software programs.
Physical/Travel Requirements
  • Ability to work varying days and hours, based on business needs, and maintain an excellent attendance record.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, certificate of auto insurance coverage, and the ability to drive an automobile.
  • Extensive travel (up to 90%) in a given geographic area.
