Job Title: District Sales Manager

As a District Sales Manager at GNC, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail store managers to achieve sales growth and operational excellence. Your primary focus will be on establishing a strong customer service culture, managing merchandising programs, and ensuring maximum profitability through the execution of short and long-term strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and merchandising strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and manage a team of retail store managers to achieve sales and operational goals
  • Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching and feedback to store managers and employees
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure proper store presentation
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and implement plans to achieve growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of progressive retail experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced environment
