Job Title: District Manager

At Mohawk Industries, we're committed to excellence in the flooring industry. As a District Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the Colorado area and parts of Wyoming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales objectives and provide support in sales calls with customers and potential customers.
  • Monitor district performance and take corrective action to improve results.
  • Provide first-level management review of customer service issues and communicate customer requirements to other departments.
  • Assist in establishing sales objectives for the district and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and inform senior management of any changes that may impact sales and business.
  • Perform analysis on district opportunities and develop forecasts for sales by product.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 6-7 years of progressively responsible work experience in sales and management.
  • Experience in managing a sales force and extensive travel (70%).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Broad knowledge of the company's products and services.
