Job Overview

JM Hunter Group is seeking a highly skilled District Sales Manager to drive sales growth, increase market share, and enhance sales efficiencies across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Outside Sales Representatives, overseeing their performance, setting sales quotas, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Outside Sales Representatives, setting and monitoring sales quotas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve overall sales performance, increase market share, and drive profitability across branches.
  • Enhance sales efficiencies and improve customer service standards through process improvements and training.
  • Communicate effectively with upper management, staff, and clients at all levels.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and strategies to strengthen the company's market position.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales management experience in building materials distribution.
  • Track record of managing and motivating a successful sales team.
  • Strong ability to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
  • Innovative mindset, capable of contributing new ideas to enhance the company's success.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued.
