Job Overview: This role is focused on overseeing and enhancing enterprise-level IT systems, emphasizing Office 365, cloud technologies, and network frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain Office 365 environments.
  • Engage with GovCloud infrastructures (e.g., GCC High, AWS GovCloud).
  • Document support efforts, solutions, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Perform root cause analysis for significant incidents and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Support and manage enterprise networking solutions.
  • Administer Windows 11 Pro and Windows 11 Enterprise systems.
  • Design, implement, and manage cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures.
  • Architect and administer network and cloud frameworks.
  • Standardize configurations across applications and processes to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Assist in coordinating, tracking, planning, and scheduling projects, upgrades, software builds, and infrastructure modifications.
  • Develop software components using configuration management tools to template infrastructure and enforce desired configurations.
  • Familiarity with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program and relevant NIST standards is beneficial.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, information systems management, or a related IT field, along with 5 – 7 years of experience in a Systems Administration or similar role.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in Office 365 administration is essential.
  • Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing network and cloud architectures.
  • Experience with GovCloud environments (GCC High, AWS GovCloud) is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in managing enterprise networks.
  • Experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, and technology management.
  • Experience in coordinating and planning IT projects and infrastructure modifications.
  • Commitment to standardizing configurations and supporting production releases and installations.
  • Proficiency in Windows 11 Pro and Windows 11 Enterprise is required.
  • Experience with iOS and MacOS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation is preferred.
  • Experience with Azure and Azure Government Cloud is a plus.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to take initiative on tasks and projects.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Aptitude for conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.
