Key Responsibilities

Operational Support: Execute tasks such as incident response, monitoring, and proactive maintenance in line with established support protocols. Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of monitoring systems, documentation, procedural guidance, and disaster recovery plans. Participate in post-incident reviews to enhance service delivery.

Project Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to gather project requirements and deliver infrastructure solutions tailored for the College of LSA. Collaborate with technical peers across the institution to identify or develop effective solutions while considering IT sourcing options. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Assurance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in information technology
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows systems administration technologies and practices
  • Solid understanding of fundamental systems administration concepts, including scripting, automation, enterprise networking, storage, virtualization, directory services, and policy administration
