Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to enhance our customer experience at CycleBar--Long Beach. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and support to our riders in a vibrant fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming Atmosphere: Greet guests warmly by name, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Class Support: Offer encouragement and assistance before and after classes, helping riders with bike setup and adjustments.
  • Sales Expertise: Utilize your sales experience to effectively communicate membership options and retail products, ensuring riders understand the best choices for their needs.
  • Community Engagement: Build lasting relationships with our riders, fostering a friendly and inviting community atmosphere.
  • Studio Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all areas are spotless and welcoming.
  • Active Listening: Demonstrate excellent listening skills to anticipate and respond to rider needs effectively.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in fitness or sales is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
