  • Encouragement: Provide motivation and support to riders before and after classes, creating a positive experience.
  • Sales Expertise: Utilize your sales experience to articulate membership options and suggest the best choices for our riders.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships within our community, making every rider feel recognized and appreciated.
  • Studio Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring it is always welcoming.
  • Active Listening: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to understand and anticipate the needs of our riders.
Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in fitness or sales is preferred.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with ClubReady software is a plus.
  • Punctuality: Reliability and punctuality are essential, as we operate 7 days a week.
Work Schedule

This is a part-time position with shifts available early in the morning and on weekends. Flexibility is key, as we are open during various hours to accommodate our riders.
