  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, utilizing both manual and computerized systems.
  • Process payments, compute bills, and manage financial transactions with precision.
  • Provide information regarding local attractions, dining, and entertainment options to enhance the guest experience.
  • Perform nightly audits and bookkeeping activities to ensure financial accuracy.

Essential Skills:
