Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests, assigning rooms and providing necessary information about hotel services.
  • Handle guest check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Respond to various guest inquiries and requests, offering personalized recommendations to enhance their stay.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, utilizing computer systems as needed.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including posting charges and conducting nightly audits.
  • Assist with reservations and confirmations, ensuring all guest needs are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and common areas.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
