Skilled HVAC In-Home Sales Consultant

HD Air is seeking experienced Sales Consultants with a minimum of 5 years in sales. Expertise in HVAC systems and prior in-home sales experience is essential.

With leads provided, you will not engage in cold calling; our dedicated Sales Assistants will set appointments for you.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Support the Sales Department in developing both existing and potential HD Air customers to achieve defined monthly objectives and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored solutions for HVAC and home comfort requirements.
  • Consult with both potential and current customers to deliver customized HVAC system solutions, including our exclusive maintenance program.
  • Lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-ups post-sale to confirm fulfillment of sales agreements to customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with existing sales bids and leads to provide additional information to convert them into sales.
  • Address technical and business objections from prospective customers.
  • Highlight features, pricing, and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for completed sales.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in various sales initiatives to support corporate objectives, including trade shows and referral groups.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Prior experience in in-home Residential HVAC Sales.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug, background, and motor vehicle checks.

Compensation: $100,000 - $350,000 per year
