Skilled HVAC In-Home Sales Consultant

HD Air is actively seeking experienced Sales Consultants with a proven track record of at least 5 years in sales.

A solid understanding of HVAC systems and prior in-home sales experience is essential.
Leads are supplied, eliminating the need for cold calling; appointments are arranged by our Sales Support Team.

POSITION SUMMARY
Assist the Sales Department in nurturing existing and prospective HD Air clients to achieve monthly objectives and growth aspirations.

Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for driven sales professionals to excel in our growing organization. Sales consultants have the potential to earn a substantial income. Assess customer HVAC requirements, develop proposals, close sales, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver HVAC solutions and tailored system proposals
  • Direct the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct follow-ups post-sale to confirm agreements are fulfilled
  • Address customer objections and highlight marketable features
  • Sustain customer relationships and support sales initiatives
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary
SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Education:
  • High School Diploma or
GED:
Required
  • Associate's Degree: Preferred
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Previous in-home Residential HVAC Sales experience
  • Successful completion of pre-employment checks
