Position Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience by delivering exceptional service and high-quality gourmet products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers by providing expert knowledge and guidance on our gourmet offerings, including event planning.
  • Product Presentation: Ensure that display areas are well-stocked and visually appealing, including sections like the olive bar, cheese bar, and other gourmet items.
  • Inventory Management: Regularly check stock levels and pricing information in our inventory system to maintain accurate product availability.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently handle customer orders both in-store and over the phone.
  • Department Maintenance: Uphold high standards for cleanliness and organization in all areas of the department, including the sales floor and storage areas.
  • Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain equipment as necessary, ensuring all tools are clean and functional.
  • Product Handling: Receive deliveries, package products, and assist with cash register operations as needed.
