Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Dream Inn Santa Cruz. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process payments, handle room key cards, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed and personalized recommendations to guests
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
