About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, checking them in and out of the hotel in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information, including room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and maximize room occupancy.
  • Respond to guest complaints, conduct research, and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or high-volume industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong computer skills and a team-oriented approach.
