About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests, checking them in and out of the hotel in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process guest payments, handle money, and process credit and debit cards.
  • Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities and maximize room occupancy.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Field guest complaints, conduct research, and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or high-volume industry dealing with customers.
  • Excellent computer skills and a team spirit.
  • The ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
