Client Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Executive to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities in the 5G Home footprint. You will analyze data to strategically plan marketing activities and drive sales. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with property staff
- Oversee vendor sales agents
- Create marketing plans to increase sales
- Pull sales data from Verizon systems
- Update documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
- Four or more years of relevant work experience
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the job
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in wireless sales and ability to motivate others to sell
- Experience in systems, including Optix, AMDB, BDMS, OBIEE, and VZAI
- Knowledge of the multi-dwelling housing industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
