The Regional Client Relations Executive plays a pivotal role in fostering robust relationships with businesses led by women. This engaging position entails not only the pursuit of new business ventures but also the management and expansion of a self-generated portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ENHANCED CLIENT SERVICE: Surpass client expectations by providing outstanding service, comprehending client requirements, and delivering customized solutions for an exceptional banking experience.
  • CULTURE ADVOCACY: Show dedication to empowering women in leadership roles, embrace change positively, and engage in effective communication and teamwork to improve experiences for both clients and employees.
  • DIGITAL INNOVATION: Leverage cutting-edge banking technology to optimize processes and improve interactions with clients and partners.
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Boost departmental efficiency, produce precise reports for senior management, and ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory standards.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote products, oversee loan originations, manage deposits and referrals, collaborate with credit administration, and meet objectives established by senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline, a minimum of five years of experience in banking, proficiency in business or commercial banking, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong organizational capabilities. A background check will be performed.
