We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Vice President to lead our Retirement Solutions Sales and Growth team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, increase assets, and cultivate key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead National Distribution Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive national distribution strategy to drive sales growth, increase assets, and cultivate key client relationships.
  • Serve on Senior Leadership Team: Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to meet and exceed company goals and commitments.
  • Direct Performance Management: Directly manage a team of senior leaders and associates, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure success.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Meet with firms, advisors, client executives, and officials to acquire and retain business, and participate in national conferences and industry seminars to cultivate new and solidify current relationships.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • License/Certification/Designation: Series 6, 26, & 65 required.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience leading in Retirement Plans business in the areas of sales, marketing, or product.
  • Leadership Skills: Advanced competency in leading retirement plans sales and relationship management leaders to drive and execute against aggressive goals.
