Key Responsibilities- Lead National Distribution Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive national distribution strategy to drive sales growth, increase assets, and cultivate key client relationships.
- Serve on Senior Leadership Team: Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to meet and exceed company goals and commitments.

- Client Acquisition and Retention: Meet with firms, advisors, client executives, and officials to acquire and retain business, and participate in national conferences and industry seminars to cultivate new and solidify current relationships.
- Education: Undergraduate degree; advanced degree preferred.
- License/Certification/Designation: Series 6, 26, & 65 required.
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience leading in Retirement Plans business in the areas of sales, marketing, or product.
- Leadership Skills: Advanced competency in leading retirement plans sales and relationship management leaders to drive and execute against aggressive goals.
