Director, Relationship Management

At Nationwide Private Client, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director, Relationship Management. This role is a critical part of our National Partners team, responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships with key national agencies, networks, and brokers.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and foster executive-level relationships with key focus firms at the national, regional, and key influencer level.
- Develop and implement tactics to support and execute strategic plans with external NNP managed firms/networks and align appropriate Nationwide business units to execute the initiatives.
- Provide consultation and expertise across Nationwide business units to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and articulate key strategies for national consistency across NNP managed firms/networks.
- Develop and implement cross-functional and/or cross-business unit teams to execute on identified strategic initiatives developed with NNP managed firms/networks.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in insurance sales or in the insurance industry, with a strong background in commercial lines and national broker relationships.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executives at various levels.
- Strong business acumen and ability to read, assess, and persuade against strategic initiatives and needs.
