Job Overview

As the Head of Client Services at Ohio Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client satisfaction and support. Your leadership will be crucial in crafting and executing strategies that prioritize client needs, ensuring their expectations are consistently met while fostering long-term relationships.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $95,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Development: Spearhead the creation and execution of a client service framework that guarantees outstanding client experiences. Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, serving as their primary liaison.

2. Client Needs Advocacy: Champion the interests of clients within the organization, ensuring their specific needs are recognized and addressed. Collaborate across departments to align services with client expectations.

3. Enhancing Client Retention: Formulate and implement initiatives aimed at improving client retention rates, promoting cross-selling opportunities, and upselling additional insurance products. Identify avenues for expanding client engagement through supplementary insurance options.

4. Resolution of Client Issues: Tackle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Work closely with the client service team to ensure all issues are resolved satisfactorily.

5. Record Keeping: Supervise the upkeep of precise and current client records, ensuring all interactions and transactions are thoroughly documented.

6. Quality Assurance: Evaluate client satisfaction through feedback and surveys. Proactively address any issues to enhance service quality continuously.

7. Leadership and Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and cultivate the client service team, ensuring alignment with the organization's client-centric objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Insurance, or similar).
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership roles within client services, preferably in the insurance or financial sectors.
  • Strong skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics and technology for client insights.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Experience in client advocacy and retention strategies.
