Senior Cybersecurity Enablement Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to join our team as a Senior Cybersecurity Enablement Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and passion for education to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable enablement experiences, training programs, and lab exercises that equip partners with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.
- Partner with senior learning designers to design and deliver engaging, competency-based learning experiences that cater to diverse partner needs and learning styles.
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in one or more cybersecurity domains, including cloud security, SIEM, identity security, threat intelligence, data loss prevention, incident response, and security architecture/engineering.
- Drive innovation and experimentation in enablement strategies, leveraging your experience and industry insights to stay ahead of emerging trends and best practices.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, professional services, engineering, or a related field, with a strong track record of translating technical concepts into actionable learning experiences.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Demonstrated expertise in SaaS product development processes, with a solid understanding of how to translate product updates and technical platform expertise into competency-based learning experiences.
- Experience working with partners, with a deep understanding of their challenges, needs, and pain points.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
